- From your Home screen, launch the Settings app.
- Click the [your name] flag.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and press the Sign Out button.
- Follow any instructions on the screen until you are back to the main settings panel.
- Select Face ID with Passcode or Touch ID and Passcode.
- Scroll to the bottom and select Turn Passcode Off.
- Start your iPhone again.
- From your Home screen, launch the Settings app.
- Tap Sign out of iCloud and back into your iPhone.
- Return to the main Settings screen and select either Face ID & Passcode or Touch ID & Passcode.
- Turn the passcode on.
- Now try adding your card again.
